Design build project for a detached garage and workshop located on a single family residential lot in Sunnyslope. This modern house design is wrapped with PBR/R metal panels and smooth stucco, both functioning as rainscreens. Light diffusing polycarbonate panels are being used as wall and roof materials in select areas bringing natural light deep into the interior spaces. The design build project features a mezzanine view deck overlooking the Phoenix Mountain Preserve, a full bathroom, sauna, cold plunge, outdoor shower, high bay to accommodate a vehicle lift, enclosed parking for two cars, a utility sink and storage shelves.
